🎞️ France on Film
Capturing the essence of my most visited place in France on film
I’ve been traveling to France since I was 4 years old. In total I’ve been there (checks notes) 25 times 🤯 My French is still at the “un petit peu“ level (which is a shame), but I’m making it up with my sincere adoration for the country.
Among the places I’ve visited was Avignon, Lyon, Arles and Bordeaux (never Paris), but mostly I’ve stayed at the Atlantic coast – namely the small village of Carcans-Plage.
I’ve put together a series of film frames from 2022 and 2023 that try to capture the essence of that place. I hope you enjoy some of them.

📷 Photos were taken on a Minolta X-500 (which my parents already used 23 years ago when we first visited the place) using the 50mm 1.7 lens and a Minolta X-700 using the 50mm 1.4 lens.

A while ago I’ve collected some additional digital photos about the French Atlantic coast here Côte Atlantique.
If you have any feedback or questions just let me know.
Merci et à bientôt ❤️
